- Industrial Agreement negotiations are close to conclusion.
 - The outstanding issue in relation to Personal Leave hours has been resolved.
 - Serco have offered 2 months back-pay.
 
ACADEMY

ALBANY
- No delegate present.
 
BANDYUP
- Resignation of one of the delegates has created a vacancy.
 - Issue have arisen in relation to recent drug find within the prison.
 - Standing Order E6 continues to be a source of issues.
 
BORONIA
- Dispute regarding Annual Leave Swaps being escalated.
 - Standing Order E6 appears to be working.
 - Concerns raised about change in local process for Purchased Leave.
 
BROOME
- Members concerned that a recent prisoner escort to Perth was conducted by two Public Servants.
 - Disputes lodged regarding Long Service Leave at half pay.
 - Recent escape has highlighted some security concerns.
 - The issue around orientation for new staff has been resolved.
 
BUNBURY
- Dispute regarding Standing Order E6.
 - Reintroduction of OT caps noted.
 - HOSS increase welcomed by impacted officers.

- Staffing Level Agreement still not finalised.

 - Surveying works commencing in Unit 4.
 - Several vacant roster lines a concern.
 - Negotiations on revised Standing Order E6 coming to an end.
 - Dispute regarding cashing out of annual leave.
 
HAKEA
- New Superintendent has led to a different relationship with the local branch.
 - Branch Meeting held regarding new roster has highlighted the need for further work to be done prior to approval.
 - Overtime caps are likely to lead to concerns about actual and potential instances of prisoner unrest and potential major incidents.
 - Recent staffing shortfalls on nightshift an issue.
 
KARNET

PARDELUP
- Staffing Level Agreement negotiations will commence shortly.
