The Union's Two Day conference of of State Council has endorsed the draft EBA agreement.  Although there may still be minor corrections to the document, all the content has been agreed upon "in principle" with the employer.

On Friday 11th December WAPOU submitted the claim to the Department for next year's EBA. Details and copies of the claim are available from your local delegate.

The closing date for the return of the EBA Surveys has now past. There was a good response to the survey. The information is being drawn up into a briefing document to be tabled and discussed at the Executive Committee meeting on Tuesday 10th November. This document and the Executive Committee's recommendations will be discussed at the State Council to be held on the 25th November.
