When an issue arises at your Prison which affects the staff as a whole or a group of staff you need to raise it with the Delegate at your Prison. They can then raise the matter with the local administration. Matters are very often most effectively resolved at a branch level. If they cannot resolve the matter they can then raise it with the Office.

If the matter is about you as an individual then first talk to the administration or manager yourself. If you can't get an answer then raise it with your delegate who can advise you how the matter should be dealt with. Again if they can't resolve the matter then they can raise it with the WAPOU office.
